In order to qualify for year-end awards, each individual membership or a family membership shall meet the requirements of a MINIMUM of TWELVE (12) hours of total service at SSC club gymkhanas.

Gymkhana year-end awards require participation in more than half of the events for the year (Example: if there are 10 gymkhanas, you must ride in at least 6 of them).

Every gymkhana you ride in counts towards your total year-end points.

For points to count, the rider must have participated in at least 3 events for each gymkhana attended.

Gymkhana awards will be given for first through tenth place winners in each age group and novice divisions. If more than ten riders qualify in a class we give participant awards to those riders as well.

No points will count until dues (membership) are paid. They do not go back for points, they only start counting the day you pay.

1st place = 6 pts.
2nd place = 5 pts.
3rd place = 4 pts.
4th place = 3 pts.
5th place = 2 pts.
6th place = 1 pt.

Point standings and volunteer hours will be made available to members who are interested. Please bring any descrepancies to the attention of the gymkhana committee ASAP.
