Arizona Horse Lovers Park is open for public use seven days a week, from sunrise to sunset unless closed for special events or rented for exclusive use. Free evening open arena hours are 6 pm—9 pm, W-Th, unless closed due to weather, special event or holiday.  For last minute arena closures, rainouts or changes call 602-534-9996 for recorded messages.
