Registration and time onlys start @ 2:45 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. Show Starts @ 4:00 p.m.

**NEW** You never know what will happen on the way, a flat tire, horse won't load, forgot something and had to go back home to get it. Well, now you can make sure you are signed up for the gymkhana no matter what happens. If you pay for time only tickets just make sure to stop by the entry booth that day and pick them up.

OPTION #1:

*Just a couple rules for e-mailing in your entries:

  • You must have recieved a response within 48 hours of your e-mailing it.
  • You must have it e-mailed a minimum of 24 hours prior to the gymkhana.
  • You still need to come over to the sign in booth to sign your form (it will be printed for you),pay for your entry and pick up any time only tickets you may have bought. It will be a MUCH shorter line and a lot LESS wait. You will have more time to get ready, run time onlys, and be with your family and friends.

    A) click on the gymkhana entry form on the the web site. B) Then copy the entry form and paste it into an e-mail. C) fill it out and don’t forget to check the age class or novice class you belong in, the events you are riding in and your personal info along with any time onlys. D) Then just send that e-mail to me at rnkranch95@msn.com E) Upon receiving your pre entry I will send you back an e-mail confirming your pre entry with a total amount due the day of the gymkhana. It’s that simple!!!

    OPTION #2 You are now able to mail your entries in early if you'd like.

    *Just a couple rules for mailing in your entries:
  • Must be postmarked a minimum of 10 days prior to the event. Sometimes the post office can be slow, so we want to make sure your entry has enough time to get to us.
  • No refunds or credits. Just the same as if you sign up the day of, there are no refunds or credits, nothing new here.
  • Make checks payable to: Scottsdale Saddle Club
  • Please make sure if you are NOT a member, add $10. to your total. The $10. is a temporary (1 day) member fee which covers the insurance part of everything. If you are unsure if you are a member or not, please feel free to e-mail us and ask. We will be more than happy to help out and answer any questions we can.

    Pee-Wee (7 and Under) events:

    ** NOTES:

    * Beginner average time for Barrels: 38.000 and Poles: (only weaving up and back three) 12.000

    * Novice average time for Barrels: 30.000 and Poles: (only weaving up and back six) 20.000

    * This means if you ride in either of these classes and your time is faster then the time above you will be disqualified.

    * There is no time limit for the Pee-Wee class. It is designed for kids who are loping a little faster at a young age, but are not ready to compete with the older kids who go much faster. It is still strongly recommended that the kids concentrate on their ability to control the horse in the arena rather than just go faster.
