Yearly Membership: $25.00 a year for single or $35.00 a year for Family

**NEW** You never know what will happen on the way, a flat tire, horse won't load, forgot something and had to go back home to get it. Well, now you can make sure you are signed up for the gymkhana no matter what happens.

OPTION #1:

*Just a couple rules for e-mailing in your entries:

  • You still need to come over to the sign in booth to sign your form (it will be printed for you),pay for your entry and pick up any time only tickets you may have bought. It will be a MUCH shorter line and a lot LESS wait. You will have more time to get ready, run time onlys, and be with your family and friends.

    A) click on the horse show entry form on the the web site. B) Then copy the entry form and paste it into an e-mail. C) fill it out D) Then just send that e-mail to me at wenptrsn@cox.net It’s that simple!!!

    OPTION #2 You are now able to mail your entries in early if you'd like.

    *Just a couple rules for mailing in your entries:
  • Must be postmarked a minimum of 10 days prior to the event. Sometimes the post office can be slow, so we want to make sure your entry has enough time to get to us. Wendy's mail postal service can be very unreliable, so e-mailing is the best way to make sure she gets it.
  • No refunds or credits. Just the same as if you sign up the day of, there are no refunds or credits, nothing new here.
  • Make checks payable to: Scottsdale Saddle Club
  • Please make sure if you are NOT a member, add $10. to your total. The $10. is a temporary (1 day) member fee which covers the insurance part of everything. If you are unsure if you are a member or not, please feel free to e-mail us and ask. We will be more than happy to help out and answer any questions we can.
  • Mail entry forms and fees to: Scottsdale Saddle Club C/O Wendy Peterson 38712 N. 22nd Drive Desert Hills, AZ 85086

    $8.00 per class / $48.00 cap per rider
    $6.00 fee per schooling class
    $10.00 arena fee for non-members
    $6.00 per leadline class
